Improvement of tram traffic (CLEO 4)

Description:
The script improves the movement of trams in the game, making it more realistic and safer:
- The tram stops if there is an obstacle in front of it (pedestrian, vehicle).
- The tram stops at a traffic light in the opposite direction
(including at the exit from the intersection, which is a minus).
- The tram stops at stops marked with a special sign.
Sometimes passengers will get on (or get off) the tram at stops.
- Drivers appear in trams.
- The player can enter the tram as a driver (button "[" ) or as a passenger (button "]").
Before pressing the buttons, you need to approach the tram. The fare for a player as a passenger is $5.
- On the map, the tram will be marked with a blue marker.
