Hi all. I present to you Carcer City News Chopper. I took this helicopter out of GTA UNDERGROUND and inserted it into a regular game.

Installation: (For PC) Using the IMG TOOL program, replace the files vcnmav.dff and vcnmav.txd or upload it to Modloader, if available.
(For Android) Using the GTA IMG TOOL program, replace vcnmav.dff in gta3.img, then use the TXD TOOL program to replace the files in the gta3 folder.
