VCS Cop (FROM GTA UNDERGROUND)

Hi all. I present to you the VCS motorcycle cop skin from GTA Underground.

Installation:
(For PC) Using the IMG TOOL program, replace the files lapdm1.dff and lapdm1.txd or upload them to Modloader, if available.

(For Android) Using the GTA IMG TOOL program, replace lapdm1.dff in gta3.img, then using the TXD TOOL program, paste the files into the gta3 folder. (Without replacement)
