There are a lot of mods that fix bugs in the PC version of the game. But no one fixed this error (at least, I did not find it). This mod restores objects at a construction site in Las Venturas from PS2. Namely: beams, from which only LOD is present in the PC version.
Installation: replace vegasn_stream1.ipl with gta3.img
