Hello everyone! I present to you Enforcer from Midway City. I got this car from GTA UNDERGROUND and inserted it into a regular game.

Installation: (For PC) Using the IMG TOOL program, replace the files enforcer.dff and enforcer.txd or upload it to the Modloader, if available.
(For android) Using the GTA IMG TOOL program, replace enforcer.dff in gta3.img, then use the TXD TOOL program to paste the files into the gta3 folder.
