Fear of pedestrians V1.2 (Peds are afraid of weapons and other things)

Ped Fear Fix v1.2 (peds se assustam com armas e mais)

Update 10/09/2020:

- Fixed cops running away from you during missions.

Now pedestrians get scared and run away when they see a weapon in Carl or explode near their car, and the cops will give a star if you walk near them with a weapon.
