National Guard

My first simple CLEO script. Adds military equipment (Hunter helicopter, Patriot, Barracks, Rhino, Security Car, Coast Guard boat) and weapons to the National Guard base in the Northern Fleet.

Setting:
Drop the base.cs file into the CLEO folder.
