The modification changes the appearance of the cottage on Santa Maria beach in Los Santos. Outside, the house will be decorated with two palm trees, a bench (for which new textures were made), a plastic table and several chairs will appear.
In the second version, the textures of the cottage itself and a number of neighboring houses were completely redesigned.
The modification is part of the San Andreas HRT Pack v1.2 global mod being developed (see also HRT 1.1).
Модификация изменяет внешний вид коттеджа на пляже Санта-Мария, что в Лос-Сантосе. Снаружи дом украсят две пальмы, появится скамейка (для которой были сделаны новые текстуры), пластиковый стол и несколько стульев.
Во второй версии полностью переработаны текстуры самого коттеджа и ряда соседних домов.
Модификация является частью разрабатываемого глобального мода San Andreas HRT Pack v1.2 (см. также HRT 1.1).
