CSCĐ VN - Vietnamese Special Forces.
Cảnh sát cơ ng, also known as CSCĐ - This is the mobile unit of the Vietnamese police.
This is a new addition to the Vietnamese police, created at the initiative of the authorities in response to the rapid growth of crime and the threat of terrorism. They also represent the most intimidating force with their all-black uniforms, CSCD helmets, bulletproof body armor, anti-riot shields and the ubiquitous assault rifles.
Replaces swat.dff and swat.txd.

Cảnh sat cơ động aka CSCĐ is The Mobile Police Force of Vietnam.
They are a new addition to Vietnam’s police force, created due to an initiative by the authorities in response to rising crime levels and a rising threat of terrorism. They are also the most intimidating-looking force with their all-black uniforms, CSCD helmets, bullet-proof body armor, riot shields and ubiquitous assault rifles.

Это новое дополнение к полиции Вьетнама, созданное по инициативе властей в ответ на стремительный рост преступности и угрозы терроризма. А также они представляют собой самую устрашающую силу с их полностью чёрной униформой, шлемами CSCD, пуленепробиваемыми бронежилетами, щитами против массовых беспорядков и вездесущими штурмовыми винтовками.
