This modification adds to the game the ability to create up to 9 weapon stores and up to 9 pharmacies, which were so lacking in DYOM.
In weapons stores you can buy almost all the weapons that are in the game, with the exception of melee weapons (there are only a knife and brass knuckles), tear grenades and a fire extinguisher. In pharmacies you can buy first aid kits and stimulants - they slow down time and make the player stronger for a short period of time.
In total, the player can carry up to 3 first aid kits and stimulants with him and use them at any time. First aid kits and stimulants cannot be used if the player is sprinting.
Controls (cheat codes):
SHOP — create a weapons store
MED — create a pharmacy
DEL — delete the magazine (you need to stand on the magazine mark)
CLEAR — delete all stores
Controls (keys):
X — look at the store number (you need to stand on the store label)
X — inventory
Sign "-" - use stimulant
"+" sign - use first aid kit
In order to create a store, you need to enter a cheat code (SHOP or MED), stand in the right place and press one of the keys from 1 to 9. Then follow the prompts on the screen. After you have created all the necessary stores, restart DYOM, then icons and store labels will appear on the map.
The main gameplay feature of the shops is that they will work even in cutscenes. That is, it will be possible to teleport the player to the store at the right moment, add a cutscene for 99999 seconds and teleport the player back. This way the player will be able to choose the weapon he needs, skip the cutscene and continue the game. Thanks to this feature, stores can be used both in linear “corridor” missions and in missions with a conditional “open world”.
All store coordinates and settings are stored in the "Stores.ini" file.
There are two scripts in the archive, one for weapons stores, the second for pharmacies.
