Of course it's strange to make loading screens that are not related to the game itself, but still I decided to make those from The Crew 2 (maybe someone is a fan of it).
Installation: Option 1: copy the models folder to the GTA root folder (Example: C:\Program Files (x86)\GTA San Andreas)
Option 2: unzip the archive into the modloader folder (Example: C:\Program Files (x86)\GTA San Andreas\modloader)
