Tunable Admiral

Hello. Made a small modification of the Admiral for GTA SA, in terms of additional tuning.

Added:
- 2 spoilers.
- 2 types of tuning on the hood.
- 1 air intake.

Everything is done neatly and without any bugs.

The archive will contain a file and a text document if you have already replaced "carmods.dat" with

If you want, I can adapt some other cars for tuning (write in the comments)
