Update as of 08/01/2022:

• Added "PlayerVehMissionDamMult". Headjusts the damage the player's vehicle takes during a mission. Helps complete missions such as "Just Business" and "Drive By".
• AddedAccuracyOnJetpackFactor. It makes it harder to hit the player if he is in a jetpack. Helps facilitate missions such as the Black Project.
• Added "AccuracyOnVehicleFactor".

Update 10/10/2020:

- Now, if the character is in motion, it is more difficult for pedestrians to hit him;
- Mission: "Just Business", has become more balanced.

This plugin increases the difficulty of the game and makes gangs, police and pedestrians more experienced during combat. The mod is configured in INI. Now the game looks more realistic.
