The main character Vadim arrives in Las Venturas from Russia, being a member of the Special Forces.
Arriving in the state of San Andreas, he finds himself a job as a policeman.
Some time passes, he is given the task of catching two serial killers, but standing in the way of two, he crosses the road to the other three killers. Due to such circumstances, he has to abandon the task and go to the six "Great Cars
Hijackers"... following the law in the underworld...
