[III/VC/SA] Framerate Vigilante (corrigir bugs de FPS alto)
Have you noticed that the FPS in the game did not rise above 30? Now you can play GTA 3, GTA Vice City and GTA San Andreas with high FPS.
Update from 08/15/2022:
— Added an option in .ini to configure the screen refresh rate (GTA 3, VC, SA);
- Now the mod automatically limits the FPS to “30” in the billiards mini-game, as well as in the automobile, motorcycle and boat school (SA).

Fixed bugs:
- At high FPS, the vehicle stopped too quickly;
- Swimming froze at 30 FPS, so it was impossible to swim;
- Problems with turning the siren on and off;
- Difficulty gaining altitude on the Skimmer plane;
- The rotor rotation speed increases and decreases very quickly;
- Cars braked too quickly;

— Добавлена опция в .ini для настройки частоты обновления экрана (GTA 3, VC, SA);
- Теперь мод автоматически ограничивает FPS до «30» в мини-игре с бильярдом, а также в автомобильной, мотоциклетной и лодочной школе (SA).

- Исправлена сложность ныряния и плавание на поверхности.

- Исправлено возможность ходить, когда вы прицеливаетесь с оружием в двух руках.
Исправлены ошибки:
- При высоком FPS, транспорт останавливался слишком быстро;
- Плавание зависало при 30 FPS, по этому невозможно было плавать;
- Проблемы с включением и выключением сирены;
- Трудность набрать высоту на самолете Skimmer;
- Скорость вращения ротора увеличивается и уменьшается очень быстро;
- Машины слишком быстро тормозили;
- Очень сложно плавать (нырять).
