Modification focused on realism. Now the sand at the edge of the beach will be wet (due to the tide). The mod may be updated in the future.

Installation: Move the files from the archive to ModLoader. Using any graphic editor, add the following text to GTA.dat:

Модификация на тему реалистичности. Теперь песок, по краю пляжа будет мокрый (из-за прилива). Возможно в будущем мод будет обновлен.

Установка: файлы с архива переместить в ModLoader. C помощью любого графического редактора, в GTA.dat вписать данный текст:
