[lua] Fix pickups of the thermal imager and night vision device

A script that makes pickups of night vision devices and thermal imagers reusable.
Those. in the original, each pickup could only be lifted once, after which it would disappear. Now they will regenerate.

It requires Moonloader 0.26 to work.
