The mod changes the line of parameters for the camera in WEAPON.DAT. If you are not using a modloader, simply replace the CAMERA line in WEAPONS.DAT, which is located in the DATA folder (which in turn is in the GTA root folder). Open weapons.dat with notepad and press CTRL + F, search for CAMERA and replace the entire line with the one in "oi.txt".
