Bleeding in passers-by and Carl with poor health (CLEO+) v1.1

Update 12/12/2022:

• Fixed continued bleeding even after death;
• Now the person does not start bleeding from some types of damage.

This CLEO only works with the CLEO+ plugin. Without it, you will have a game crash on startup. You can download CLEO+ here: link to CLEO+ (click here to download).

Now, when Karl or passers-by are low on health, they will bleed for a few seconds, then the bleeding will end.

Previously, there were similar scripts, but there people or Carl bled non-stop. This is due to the fact that due to the limitations of CLEO it was difficult to write such a script in the right way. This is the first CLEO written for CLEO+. Let this script be an example for creating such works.
