Features of the simple version:
- Now, in order to get more muscle mass per workout, you must eat something high-calorie before training; - If you do not eat anything before training, you will lose muscle mass; - To lose weight, you need to exercise on a bike path or an exercise bike; - After training, the increase in muscle mass will be delayed until the next meal; - If Carl starts to puke, he will lose muscle mass; - The value of muscle and fat, shown on the screen in place with effort, which is important for muscle building, but also limits exercise.
Hardcore version:
- Increases muscle mass only when you train with the heaviest dumbbells; - Light dumbbells will only reduce fat levels; - To gain muscle mass, you have to go to the gym every day.
