Transport from Vice City (without replacement) 1.1

A small package of transport from the aircraft. Currently 7 items have been added. Transport has its own names and supports tuning in TransFender.

Optional - Vehicle.txd with higher quality textures.

Requires CLEO 4 and Modloader to work.

Changes in v1.1:

• +8 new cars (in preview);

All car settings have been moved directly to handling.cfg, vehicles.ide, etc. due to a bug with the RIPAZHA cheat.
