The mission is based on a pirated spent translation of GTA San Andreas. This mission should not be taken seriously, it is made in order to laugh at what is happening. The mission has a lot of obscene language, has voice acting through the Talker.
The so-called "Number 6 Extra Drop" gives mighty power over all of Los Santos to whoever eats it. Many want to get such power. Help Big Smoke get number 6 with an extra fall by going through everyone who is going to get in his way.
