Installation: Replace files "sunstrans_law2.txd"; "sunset03_law2.txd" in archive "gta3.img" using any img editor. Well, or use Modloader. Also, if for some reason you have a modification that replaces the texture data, then in the "Manual installation" folder there is a file "SunBillB05.png" It needs to be replaced with an identical texture in "sunstrans_law2.txd" via a txd editor.
