Installation: Replace the file "laealpha.txd" in the archive "gta3.img", using any img editor. Well, or use Modloader. Also, if for some reason you have a modification that replaces this texture, then in the "Manual installation" folder there is a file "gangsign5_LAe.png" It needs to be replaced with an identical texture in "laealpha.txd" via a txd editor.
When distributing the modification on third-party sites, indicate the author.
