This mod contains a new military base on the outskirts of Los Santos, as well as new outposts and terrorist bases. You can join the army and complete new missions for them.

Mission 5 is called "Nuclear Threat (METAL GEAR) - Version 5 has a feature called "ALERT PHASE, " this means that when an enemy spots you, you will hear alert phase like in mgs1 and see the red alert flag at upper left corner of the screen, the same notification block from mgs1 when enemies are dead, then the alert phase ends. - Mission 5 has lethal missile launcher traps that you'll have to dodge when the alert phase starts certain point in the mission. - There will also be the song "penetration" from mgs2,
