Many people know that after installing the crashes mod and enabling the "nopostfx" function in its settings, Gta San Andreas becomes darker.
This timecycle fixes this unpleasant problem + adds FPS due to the fact that it cuts down the draw distance and removes the shadows. Also, all time and weather cycles have been changed in it, the night time has been removed.
If you are not satisfied with the drawing distance, then you can change it yourself using the "Cleo drawing" script or the "Fog distance" asi plugin

Данный таймцикл исправляет эту неприятную проблемку + прибавляет фпс за счет того, что в нём урезана дальность прорисовки и убраны тени. Также в нем изменены все временные и погодные циклы, убрано ночное время суток.
Если вас не устраивает дальность прорисовки, то вы можете изменять ее самостоятельно с помощью скрипта \"Сleo прорисовка\" или asi плагина \"Fog distance\"
