Ability to search corpses

Looting for GTA SA!

Pedestrians no longer drop money when they die, you must search for them.

- You can't get money from the same pedestrian twice..

- Pedestrians give the amount of money they have to give by default, dealers have all the money they usually have so don't worry about that.

- Cj says his lines while taking people's money.
