Now when it starts to rain, some peds will take an umbrella and walk around with it. An umbrella replaces an unnecessary cane.

This is a lighter and more advanced version of pep legal's "Hard Rain" mod.

Update 11/20/19:

- Fixed a serious bug that could disable other installed scripts controlling peds

What has changed:

- Completely rewritten script

- Nothing else superfluous: only pedestrians with umbrellas are left, the aggressive behavior of the car has been removed

- Fixed a bug where story characters during missions could use an umbrella

- Gangsters and cops will no longer use umbrellas !

Это более легкая и усовершенствованная версия мода \"Hard Rain\" от pep legal'а.

Обновление от 20.11.19:

- Исправлен серьезный баг, который мог отключать другие установленные скрипты, контролирующие педов

Что изменилось:

- Полностью переписан скрипт

- Больше ничего лишнего: оставлены только пешеходы с зонтиками, агрессивное поведение авто было удалено

- Исправлен баг, когда сюжетные персонажи во время миссий могли использовать зонтик

- Гангстеры и полицейские теперь также не будут использовать зонтики

- Добавлена своя иконка в стиле SA для зонтика
