SkyGFX 4.0 for Weak PCs

As we know, SkyGFX 4.0 is a slightly demanding mod.
So I decided to get into the mod files and edit some configs.
The graphics of the mod are slightly trimmed, the blur on the sides is removed, and so on, but for that
On weak PCs you can play without problems.

Note : only the PS2 graphics config is configured, the Xbox and Mobile configs are not touched, this must be taken into account.
