I forgot to upload the program to the archive, so download from here. Installation: 1) Move the ADVERTS folder to any address without Cyrillic characters and spaces (example: D:/Radio/GTA/ADVERTS). 2) Move the SAAT program to any address. 3) Open the SAAT program. Specify the game directory without spaces and Cyrillic characters (example D:GTA_SA). 4) Specify the folder from which you will import ADVERTS (previously we specified D: / Radio / GTA). 5) Click on the ADVERTS folder in the program, it should be highlighted in blue. 6) Click on the "Import this" button.
