    Mod fixes bugs with drug dealer spawns:

    - Drug dealers no longer spawn in Ganton and Grove Street.
    - African American drug dealer spawns only in Los Santos.
    - A drug dealer in a Rockstar jacket will also spawn in Flint County.
    - Drug dealer biker now spawns in San Fierro.
    - Spaniard drug dealer now spawns in Las Venturas.

    Installation:

    Copy the file to the CLEO folder.
