Particles - birds in the distance as in GTA VC

Another nice little thing from Vice City, where you can observe such effects as black birds flying in a circle (maybe these are not birds, I apologize in advance).

For the sake of making San Andreas live, this effect has been moved here.

They are best seen in open areas.
