Drops will now appear on the screen in rainy weather. Their behavior is copied from their behavior in GTA VC: they "twitch", slowly flow down and disappear when the weather becomes clear, or the player enters the building.
They also appear when the player is sailing on a boat (something like splashes).
Version 2.0 - Drops no longer appear if there is any structure above the player (does not work under bridges, in tunnels...) - Droplets also spawn in small amounts when the player hits water or hits a water pump (same in Vice City) - Blood drops also appear when the player cuts someone with a chainsaw. The textures and behavior of drops from GTA VC are used.
Version 3.0 This time there is only one script. And now it completely copies the behavior of drops from GTA: The script has been rewritten from scratch. For those who are interested to know how it works, there are many comments in the script. - Global variables are no longer used. - Textures are no longer square. They are completely changed. - Behavior is now taken from VC. Droplets tremble a little, move down and to the sides, shrink around the edges of the screen, and the like. The same applies to drops of blood. - Drops now appear even if not only the player has fallen into the water. Now all objects, peds and cars are processed. But the performance of the game is not broken, since the script does not write almost anything anywhere, it only reads. Previous versions are no longer supported.

The script still writes some data to the entity structure, but is compatible with all my mods.
