New textures for Karl's apartment in Las Venturas 2.0

The modification completely changes the texture of one of the houses in the city of Las Venturas, where Carl can buy an apartment. Additionally, the mod changes the textures of a number of nearby objects (for example, it replaces the grass along the road and the gravel texture under the railroad tracks).
In the second version, the resolution of the textures of the walls of buildings was increased, minor improvements were made.
Модификация полностью изменяет текстуры одного из домов в городе Лас-Вентурас, где Карл может приобрести квартиру. Дополнительно мод меняет текстуры еще у целого ряда объектов, находящихся неподалеку (например, заменяет траву вдоль дороги и текстуру гравия под рельсами железной дороги).
Во второй версии было увеличено разрешение текстур стен зданий, сделаны мелкие улучшения.
