Recently I was looking for an RX-7 FC3S without tunes and body kits. I came across the Luksysz model, but I did not like the static headlights in it. Without thinking twice, I fixed the headlights and that's it Bet either on the ZR350, or on any other, if you have the Vehicles Special Abilities plugin installed.
