Fixed a bug with transparent chains

This replacement removes the bug with transparent chains.

Installation instructions:

1. Open the TXDWorkshop program (File Workshop.exe);
2. Click Open IMG;
3. Go to the game folder, to the Models folder;
4. Open the gta3.img file;
5. Enter the name of one of the skins in the search field: BMYCR.txd ; BMYDRUG.txd;
6. Click on the picture with the cross;
7. Click import, select a replacement from the corresponding folder in the archive;
8. Click Save TXD;
9. Enter the game and enjoy.
