SA Animation Loading Bar v1.2

New version of mod that replaces loading screens with new animation,
similar to loading a game in GTA V.

v1.2 changes:
-Introductory pictures are taken from another mod
-The cover of the game that accompanies the main menu of the game is now in Russian
