Graffiti Tagger inspired by THUG2

The skin is based on the old game THUG2, according to the idea - the same graffiti artist, for which they give us a ride in Berlin.

I recommend to combine it with Skateboarding Mod from Linevariy in order to enjoy the game to the full (!)
