GTA V Kill Flash Effect for GTA SA

    This modification adds a flash effect to the game when killing, as in GTA V.
    You can also customize the flash color in the INI file (cleokill flash.ini). The default color is gray.
    Recommended to play with HUD by DK22Pac.
