Change of weather and time (TimeWeather)

A script for changing the weather.

Activation:

W + T (hold down keys)

Controls:
W - Scroll up (Weather)
S - Scroll down (Weather)
D - Scroll up (Time)
A - Scroll down (Time)
F - Select

Installation:

Throw TimeWeather.cs along the path: Gameface \ Binaries \ Win64 \ CLEO

* You must have CLEO REDUXx64!
