My save has two files. One - where all the missions are completed and where one final mission is not completed. All schools graduated with honors. Carl has all the shooting skills pumped. All gang territories are captured. Also, when you die or are arrested, you do not lose your weapons. Carl has $999,999,999 in his account. The second is the same, but everything has already been completed.
No cheats were used in the save. Spent a lot of time going through.
