Convert for Android: Niko Isnan

How to install:

1. Just move the com.rockstargames.gtasa folder to data.
2. Then replace DFF using the GTA IMG Tool.

Meanwhile, textures are imported using the without alpha & with alpha setting in GTA 3 TXT using the TXD tool
