For some reason the original Santa Maria beach house looks gloomy and boring, so I decided to find some textures on the internet and make them myself (well, not 100% myself). And here, finally, is the product.

Features:

• High quality texture;
• Replaces only the exterior of the Santa Maria beach house;
• Actual mod size is 6.26 MB;
• Bright colors are used, refreshing appearance;
• No bugs, safe to use.

If you want to reduce the texture quality, here is the import wizard:

1. No alpha;
2. Overwrite;
3. Uncheck Enable Camnorm;
4. Check Haster Rash;
5. Reduce the file size to 256.

If there are any problems, just comment, it's easy to do, isn't it?
