Improved character control

ATTENTION: for this mod to work correctly, you need AML. In general, it will work with the regular version of the game, but when using a sniper scope, a machine gun, shooting from a car and similar things, the game will unfortunately crash. I didn’t notice this right away, but now it’s too late to change it, because... Moving the camera with the joystick is a big part of the mod, and I have also removed the Sanny Builder editor for now.

This mod corrects a number of shortcomings in the management of the mobile version of GTA SA. If you like speedrunning or just want better control, this mod will be useful for you.

The changes are as follows:

1. The jump and squat buttons are placed separately. As a result, you get an accelerated sprint like on the PC version (spam the sprint button). You will also get rid of accidental double taps when the character crouches simply because of some lag, etc.
2. The control joystick has been made more stable. When getting out of a car or in other situations, you can press move in advance and the character will run as soon as possible. While in the normal version this stick likes to reset with a 50/50 chance.
3. Car doors no longer close when you get out. In the regular version, you are forced to wait each time for him to close the door, and lose one and a half seconds on each car. The doors really always remain open, which may not appeal to fans of aesthetics, but for a quick game this is what you need.
4. Mountain bike no longer jumps. This helps a lot in completing races on Mount Chiliad, eliminating the same random double taps. (all my attempts to remove random rearing of the motorcycle were unsuccessful...)
5. The hunting rifle has a zoom function, as well as precise aiming buttons. If desired, control widgets can be configured in the files/data phone or tablet widescreen folder.
6. In the Las Venturas shooting range you get an automatic shotgun. I did this on purpose and I don’t consider it cheating. There are several reasons. Firstly, there are very poor controls in the mobile version - where it would be easy to move with a mouse or joystick. Secondly, the shooting range has a bug - at the third level of the shotgun, opponents can knock out several targets with one shot, as a result of which you can lose even with perfect shooting. And thirdly, at official GTA SA speedruns they use a bug with a combat shotgun, this is normal.

The mod has been updated. Changes in the new version:

• Fixed bugs when exiting some vehicles, such as an ATV or a forklift.
• The sniper rifle and hunting rifle can now be aimed with the movement joystick, which is very accurate and convenient.
• Added minor improvements. For example, the swim button does not disappear, which eliminates the need to look back when diving.
