The modification features are as follows:

Installation proceeds according to the following points:
Unzip from zip archive;
From the gta3.img folder, add a replacement to gta3.img using the GTA IMG Tool application;
From the textures folder, import txd.txt into txd.txt using the TXD Tool application.
