Timecyc Cold Foggy v1.2 (Fixed)

This timecyc will make your GTA SA cooler.
This timecyc is more suitable if you use the winter texture.


Fixes:

• Fixed Dark Color;
• Add Fix Crash & Lock 60FPS;
• Fixed Water Color;
• Support SAMP;
• Just add color to the sky if it rains;
• Slight improvement in colorcycle.

• Pict 05: The color of the sky at night;
• Pict 06: If it rains, the sky will turn black.

Disadvantages:

• If it is in a closed place such as a tunnel, the fog will disappear. If you leave the tunnel, the fog will reappear.
