Max Payne 2 Mural

This modification replaces the old mural with drawing from MAX PAYNE 2.

- Do not spoil the atmosphere of the game.

Installation:
- Use TXD TOOL and go to com.rockstargames.gtasa/files/texdb/gta3/gta3.txt.
- Open gta3.txt and replace mural07_LA.
