New high quality vinyl textures for Uranus.
Installing: download the archive, it will contain a folder of textures.
Install the TXD Tool, go into it and follow the path: Internal memory / Android / data / com.rockstargames.gtasa / files / texdb / gta3 and select gta3.txt, then press the + button, select “from images” and select “uncompressed with alpha". We are looking for vinyl textures, select them, press ✓. Then it will show "Overwrite existing textures?" Press YES and wait for the import, then go into the game.
There is also a Bonus folder in the archive, it contains the Uranus Improved Beta Vinyl mod, Jordan15 gave permission to add his mod, or rather, he suggested that I do it.
