This pack of skins consists of two mods - "Vados' HD Peds Pack" from Vados and "Insanity Grove Homies and Remastered Characters" by Ezekiel_RN.
The mod replaces as many as 277 game skins with their high-quality counterparts. Both pedestrians and the main characters of the game.

This modification will replace 277 peds in game. Also it will changes the visual of the peds and main characters to High Definition in-game models.
