This modification replaces the sounds in the game, namely:

- New sounds for cars;
- New police siren sounds;
- New brake sounds;
- New sounds of shots;
- New sounds in the background menu;
- New loading sounds;
- Mixed sounds with INSANITY v2.1.

For best experience, use game version: 2.00.
